BIBLE LEXICON

The comprehensive Bible Lexicon was first published as the supplementary part of Study Bibles of the Hungarian Bible Society (an application of the Stuttgarter Erklaerungsbibel). Its nearly 99 page long material was processed and selected entries were published in the online version of the Bible Lexicon. The intention in choosing the entries was to think of those who visit the site looking for basic information about Bible characters, place names, and events mentioned in the Bible. This - we hope - will prove to be an useful tool for both those who read the Bible on a regular basis and are even instrumental in the teaching of its truths and also for those who have met the Word of God for the first time in a meaningful way in the Year of the Bible.
